Elly has been passionate about exercise and fitness since he was young and has turned his focus into helping people recover from injuries and regain their ability to move comfortably.
Elly graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Kinesiology in 2021, and a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2023.
As a recent graduate, Elly is looking forward to furthering his knowledge within the field of Physiotherapy and continuing to develop his skills.
Outside of the clinic, Elly can be found playing golf, tennis, and ultimate frisbee or all different kinds of board and card games. He is an avid sports fan, and can find him watching hockey or football on any given night. He also enjoys going out to Gimli and the Interlake in the summer months.

Jen graduated from Wellington College in 2002. Over the past 22 years she has earned a reputation for her skill at deep tissue as well as relaxation massage treatment.
She has studied anatomy, physiology and osteology at the university level as well as taken courses in myofascial release, labour support / doula, and visceral mobilization.
When she is not hard at work she likes to work hard in the gym, but most likely to be spending time with her kids and dogs.

Natalie Fenn
Natalie Fenn is a graduate of Wellington College, earning her diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2025. She is trained in a variety of techniques, including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massage. Natalie is passionate about continuous learning and is looking to expand her experience in Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release.
She believes that massage therapy is a powerful tool for both relaxation and therapeutic treatment, playing a valuable role in pain management and overall wellness. Outside of her work at Fit 4 Life, Natalie enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. You’ll often find her hiking or biking new trails with her three children.

From a young age, Danielle knew that she wanted a career in healthcare, but the idea of helping others to help themselves is what drew her to Physiotherapy.
Danielle graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 with a degree in Physiotherapy, and has been practicing orthopedics in private practice for the past 10 years.
Danielle is passionate about broadening her skills, and finds value in taking courses regularly.
She is certified in Acupuncture through AFCI (2011), and has taken courses to help design treatment for those living with cancer and Parkinson’s to name a few. With Danielle’s strong interest in pelvic floor and Women’s Health, she pursued and obtained her certification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through Pelvic Health Solutions.
She considers herself to be an avid yogi, and also stays active by keeping up with her young daughter. You can commonly hear Danielle talk about new recipes she’s found on Pinterest (she’s an avid baker), home renovations and DIY projects she shares with her husband, and her favorite hockey team, the Winnipeg Jets. She also enjoys spending time with her family at the cottage in Grindstone.

Deanna Pesun, MSc, B.Kin- AT, CAT(C)
Deanna’s interest in the injury rehabilitation process blossomed during her time as a competitive dancer. Rounding out her educational journey, she proudly graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2020, having completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy.
During her time in the program, she spent 2 years working with the Bison Women’s Ice Hockey team, the Bison Athletic Therapy Clinic, as well as numerous clinics around the city of Winnipeg. Deanna was also one of four students chosen to join the New York Rangers medical team for a one week internship during the winter of 2018.
Demonstrating her knowledge and expertise, Deanna successfully challenged the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association’s National Certification Exam in January of 2021, earning her the status of Certified Athletic Therapist in the subsequent March.
Continuing her pursuit of knowledge, Deanna embarked on a path of advanced education, culminating in the completion of her Master of Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh in June 2023. Her academic endeavors included the composition of a master’s thesis focused on the Epidemiology of Injuries in Ice Hockey Athletes.
With great excitement, Deanna looks forward to the opportunity of introducing the principles of athletic therapy to the Fit4Life community!

Tori recognized her desire to be a Physiotherapist at a young age; throughout her life, she has been very active and sought Physiotherapy for her own injuries of which always resulted in a positive outcome. Tori graduated from the University of Manitoba, School of Medical Rehabilitation, with her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy in 2010. She is a dedicated Physiotherapist with 15 years of experience in a Clinic setting.
Tori has pursued many continuing education courses as she feels staying up to date with current Physiotherapy research is important to not only her but to the benefit of her patients.
Tori has received her Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Graston Myofascial Treatment Technique Certifications. In 2017, Tori achieved her certification in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Also, taking extra courses in Pregnancy and Post- Partum Women’s Health, as this topic is a special interest of hers.
In 2019, Tori studied Pediatric NDT (Neurodevelopmental treatment) focusing on helping children achieve their motor milestones (crawling, sitting, standing, walking etc.) due to developmental delays pertaining to all children, as well as those with diagnoses such as (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Premature birth and so on). Tori has since taken other Pediatric courses about motor milestones, torticollis & plagiocephaly, and gait (walking pattern). This was through Kids Physio Group. She is truly passionate about Pediatric Physiotherapy. Her oldest son, Kanan (“Kay-nan”) who is now 6 was born with Down Syndrome. She wanted to learn what she could do specifically to help him. She’s pleased to offer this service now to other families. “Our son has truly made us all better people, the entire extended family really. Motor milestones may take him a little longer, but when he achieves a milestone, you can bet we all jump a little higher!”. His smile is contagious, he doesn’t fret the small stuff, and the love is constant and unconditional.
Tori worked from her home Physiotherapy office from 2012-2018. With a growing clientele and demand for Wellness, Tori opened Fit 4 Life Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre in beautiful East St. Paul, MB in April of 2018. She feels living an active and healthy lifestyle is crucial to our overall well-being and want to help others have the tools to do so in their own neighbourhood.
When she isn’t working, she can be found in the yoga studio, walking the dogs, biking and relaxing in the summer sun. Most of the time she is enjoying spending with her 3 children. The “K Squad” is what the trio is known to be called. She still has her 2 home therapy dogs (home office era). Gracie & Peanut are 10 and 12.
